Time does fly

I feel awful that I have not been writing. There has been so much going on in my life lately that I really don't even know where to begin. I can only hope that I can put more time into this later but here are the highlights so far.

I'm going to be cupid for Halloween. Ironic. I know. I have a pet mouse. His name is Houdini because he is an escape artist. There are only two more games left in the season. Then playoffs. Hopefully we don't go.

I had a birthday. It was filled with ups and downs but really it was too fast to put into words. We lost an officer that night. We were cut from the band show. Relief. I have a wedding I'm going to be apart of. Then I head off to London. Then Christmas.

I still read. Just finished a book yesterday.

I sat in an ambulance. Luckily it was not for me.

Some of the websites at work are now prohibited. This has helped immensely. That and the never ending work week.

Weekends are good. I love being a teacher, and I am proud to say I have only missed one day of school ( but it really didn't count because I was there anyway).
